Western Sports Centre (WSC) is not responsible for any injury or loss of property to any person suffered while warming up, practising, travelling, playing or participating in any recreation activities for any reason whatsoever, inculding ordinary negligence. 

We sincerely request everyone to be safe and vigilant. 

General (Applied to ALL)

• WSC is not responsible for injury to other and damage to property.
• Duty of care is the responsibility of every participant.
• Participants assume the risk of and responsibility for injury, death or property damage when they participate in any activity at WSC.
• Please clean up your playing area.
• Respect the facility and be considerate of others.
• Use only your assigned area.
• Bowling Machines are strictly one(1) bucket per lane.
• Prices are non-negotiable

Bookings

• For membership booking you will be required to present you membership card to staff on arrival.
• Clubs please contact western sports centre on (03)93635474 or 0450 227 972 or email info@wscd.com.au to make a club booking.
• Please be aware there is a $10.00 / hr – fee for every extra player over 4 players.
• Participants must keep track of own booking.
• 10 minutes over time will incur a $20 fee. 
• For any casual club or individual booking, WSC requires minimum 8 hours notice to accept the cancellation.
• All changes to booking are subject to availability.
• Bookings will not be delayed for late arrivals.
• Cancellation charges may apply according to cancellation policy
